In Cleveland, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across Ohio on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

They food trucks catered lunch for our school staff today. The food was excellent, and the service was wonderful! All of the workers were polite and courteous. The BIG Pig and veggie options are exceptional.

We met this delicious truck at Hambden Handmade Market this past weekend, What a delightful surprise! My husband and I split The Cuban and The Acapulco which made our day and helped us power through running our Pottery booth and packing up in a torrential down pour! Excellent ratio of bread to toppings. Flavor combo perfection No Notes!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 Stars All the Way Around!** Off the Griddle Food Truck recently catered our son's graduation party, and they exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Greg, the owner, was fantastic to work with. He made the planning process easy, was responsive to our questions, and ensured everything was set up perfectly for our event. On the day of the party, Kimi and Max ran the truck and did an outstanding job. They were friendly, courteous, and professional, serving our guests promptly while keeping the line moving smoothly. Everyone commented on how great the food was and how much they enjoyed the experience. The combination of amazing food, excellent customer service, and professional execution made our graduation celebration a huge success. We couldn't have been happier with Off the Griddle and highly recommend them for any event. Five stars all the way around! **Highly recommended!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked Off the GRIDdle food truck for a private event at our office and everything went great! They arrived on time and set up quickly. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant and appeared to run smoothly. We had about 60 people served within an hour or so. As far as the food goes, I believe the menu changes occasionally however if the Big Pig and Garlic Aioli Fries are available - both are highly recommended. They were nicely portioned, served hot and had robust flavor. They do offer To Go Trays and you can also get the sauces served on the side so it doesn't get soggy. I would gladly book them to come back and hope to do so down the road. Two Thumbs up!
